Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
